Dynamics of Judicial Landscape: The judicial landscape of UAE is a balanced system which is a perfect combination of local and federal jurisdictions. Nonetheless, Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al-Khaimah, have their own local court systems. They also have a separate and independent judicial department within the country. In contrast, Emirates like Sharjah, Fujairah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain have an integrated and cohesive judicial system. There is a prominent distinction in each Emirate.
